Your job specification

• Independent support of all managers and employees in the Plant Functions (White Collar and Blue Collar) at the location in all issues concerning the employment relationship (personnel management and labor law)
• Filling open positions with internal and external candidates (recruitment approval, conduction of job interviews, hiring decision together with respective manager, contract negotiations, arranging onboarding)
• Personnel planning for the respective area of responsibility in coordination with department managers and under consideration of company strategy
• Conducting the annual Performance- and Talent Management Process for the respective functions and implementation of appropriate (personnel development) measures
• Support the integration of new employees (feedback interviews, consultation with superiors about the employees, review of the induction plan, definition and monitoring of measures)

Your profile

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Serbian labor law, collective agreements and social insurance law
• Expertise in SAP-HR or similar HR Systems
• Fluency in English and Serbian
