HR Generalist

(Location: Belgrade)

Purpose of the job:

The main assignment of HR Generalist is to be part of HR team and provide HR day-to-day support. HR Generalist is implementing and maintaining HR processes, working methods and local legal requirements. HR Generalist ensures that HR records and all necessary employment documents are updated and kept according to local labor law and company internal policies.

Reporting to: HR Manager

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Responsible for monitoring, administrating and providing data for Payroll calculation from Time & Attendance System.
  • Monitors records for employees such as hiring, transferring, promotions, resignation, retirement, leave of absence and other personnel moves. Monitors entering in master data, such transfers, supervisor, salary, job, address, name, check destination, status, and termination changes into Success Factor. Maintain appropriate files and records of changes processed. 
  • Act as key user for SAP Success factor being able to provide continues support on this matter to business
  • Responds to employee questions regarding employee records, personnel, benefits or general payroll questions. Provides expert support to employees regarding Labor legislation and its usage in day-to-day work, company’s policies and routines, different HR-related issues.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Contributes to secure and verify HR-related compliance with the Labor laws and internal and external regulations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by collecting data from candidates, keeping Success Factor system up to date  and issuing employment contracts
  • Provides documentary support of onboarding and integration process for newcomers.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Establish and grow employee relations for assigned group of employees and Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Actively participate in implementation, development and education related to the new HR systems ( Success Factor, Time and Attendance, Payroll, etc.)
  • Ensuring routines, guidelines, templates and forms are being adhered to and are in compliance relating to all HR processes. Update templates of documents to ensure compliance with labor legislation

Requirements:

  • High education; College/ University level degree
  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through graduate degree level education
  • Job related experience for 1-2 year(s) minimum
  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • MS Office skills required
  • Good Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP Success Factor preferred
  • Ability to effectively create and maintain a teamwork environment
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
  • Requires originality and judgment
