HR Generalist

Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company is a digital strategy and software engineering firm providing bespoke technology solutions for customers the world over. Luxoft is a global operation in 40+ cities and 20+ countries with an international, agile workforce of nearly 18,000 people.

You will be part of an HR team newly established Luxoft unit in Serbia for provides support in daily HR related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in hiring process, registration of labor contracts and addenda to labor contracts, job description creation
• Preparation, organization of materials and files related to HR projects, key information and day to day activities
• Responsible for data entry process and reporting in compliance with SOX regulations in LuxStaff. This includes: entering all new hires into the systems, completing transfers, managing terminations, vacations
• Updating employee records in the HR systems such as transfers, promotions, terminations, vacations
• Managing the pre-employment process: create NDAs
• Maintaining all employee files up to date according to local regulations
• Preparing various certificates for the employees, upon request
• Scanning personnel documents, archiving them and sending them to employees for signing
• Auditing personnel files in accordance with local legislation and internal norms

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR Management or Law, with at least 3 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in HR administration and payroll, employee onboarding
• Very good knowledge of local labor legislation
• Practical knowledge in working with an HRIS system
• Very good written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with an acute attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience in a multi-national company is a plus

• English: B2 Upper Intermediate
• Russian: A1 Beginner
