HR Manager

FAM Solutions d.o.o. are currently leading the search for an HR Manager to join an industry-leading organization based in Belgrade.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as HR Manager is a must
• Fluent English is a must
• Experience working in multinational environment and working with cultural differences and increasing cultural understanding
• Experience in communication with management and high management
• Experience with recruitment on senior position
• In-depth knowledge of Serbian Labour law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excels in conflict resolution
• Implementation of the selection and recruitment process
• Updating the HR database
• Job vacancy announcements
• Care for measures and level of employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
• Work on team development, advising management on decisions to be taken
• Caring for interpersonal relationships between employees
• Designing and implementing new rules and procedures for better work and development in company
