Responsibilities and work tasks:

  • Developes and implements HR strategy and initiatives according to determined business strategy and business requirments and needs
  • Analyzes and examines business needs in the organizational development segment. Proposes and implements necessary changes regarding organizational chart and job classification in the company. Actively collaborates with other sectors/services with a view to accurately identifying job descriptions and titles, required qualifications, competencies and other conditions for the job
  • Coordinates and organizes the work of staff in the Human Resources Department. Directs employees within the department to ensure that through the work engagement, training, professional development and regular evaluation of employees, they have developed the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies needed to meet the HR requirements
  • Proposes and implements an employee relations strategy that focuses on business orientation, that is, achieving company goals taking into account the needs of all interested parties
  • Implement new ways of measuring employee satisfaction/engagement and identify methods to improve overall employee satisfaction
  • Manages complex employee relationships, including coordination of dispute resolution activities, disciplinary procedures, lawsuits, absences, termination of employment
  • Establishes HR managing guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Organizes and timely controls, changes and abolishes existing procedures/policies related to HR documentation
  • Prepares drafts of labor documentation, requirements, procedures and guidelines
  • Prepares drafts of employment contracts, annexes to employment contracts and other documents in accordance with applicable laws and general acts of the Employer
  • Initiates, implements and participates in the implementation of HR projects in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Takes care of the development and education of employees/human resources, as well as psychosocial support for employees
  • Coordinates employee performance management
  • Develops, analyzes, and updates the company's wage system
  • Establishes and implements an appraisal system (wage system) and employee reward program
  • Initiates and organizes recruitment and selection process in accordance with identified needs for new employees. Based on the job requirements, formulates selection criteria, proposes the manner and place of advertising, creates application and other materials used in the recruitment and selection process
  • Collaborates with external employment agencies, headhunting agencies, workforce rental agencies and youth and student cooperatives
  • Proposes a budget for recruitment and selection. Defines proposals for improving the recruitment and selection process of candidates
  • Initiates, monitors and provides professional support to supervisors in the process of employee development within talent management, succession planning, career development
  • Participates in identifying key competencies at the company level and assessing competencies for employees
  • Provides current and prospective employees with valid and timely information regarding the company's business policies and procedures, work responsibilities and working conditions, mobbing protection, promotion opportunities and other issues of concern to employees
  • Mediates between management and employees by solving various issues and problems related to work, interpreting the Labor Law, creating a Collective Agreement, ensuring an adequate employment contract and interpreting it
  • Gives suggestions for the improvement of HR process, suggests and implements anual action plan of HR activities in accordance to corporate HR strategies
  • Develops a corporative culture
  • Respects the documents and procedure SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 and HACCP
  • Performs other tasks at the director's order


Type of professional qualification

  • University degree in Law, Psychology, Economy

Degree of professional education

  • VII degree

Working experience

  • Minimum 4 (four) years of work experience in HR management

Knowledge and work ability

  • Knowledge in HR management – trainings of employees, knowledge of recruitment and selection principles and procedures, creation of remuneration systems, personal administration and employee relationship-building
  • Knowledge of Labor Law
  • Computer proficiency – advanced level (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet)
  • English language – advanced level
