Syncit Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager. We are hiring to build a very strong technical team in Niš (Science Technology Park Nis). You will be working with a very qualified and experienced pool of people. In order to understand clients’ business requirements, you will need to collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Development Executives.

HR Master - Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy, ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources, report to management, and provide decision support through HR metrics, preferably 2+ years of experience.
Building bridges - Nurturing employee relations and creating a healthy and positive working environment; resolving any potential problems or grievances.
