Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems doo, the leader in the lighting industry, with registered seat in the City of Niš is looking for a candidate m/f for the position "HR MANAGER"

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding;
  • Ensure HR documentations up to date and compliant with legal regulations;
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities;
  • Execute and modify compensation strategy for all employees based on market research, keeps the strategy up to date;
  • Resolve any dispute or conflicts among employees;
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with Serbian legislative;
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team;
  • As a process owner, ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently;
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives;
  • Conduct performance evaluation and salary reviews;
  • Provide support and guidance to HR employees;
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits;
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies;

Requirements:

  • University degree: social sciences
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience preferable in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of labor regulations
  • Familiar with the payroll system
  • Fluent in English
  • Managerial experience 
  • Organisational, communication, coordination skills
