Furthermore, increased needs in harness production and interests of other byers enabled LEONI board to decide to open a new factory in Malošište (near Niš) in 2014. Due to further expansion of business portfolio, one more factory is opened in Niš. Since we are in the process of opening a new factory complex in Kraljevo, we are looking for interested candidates. HR Manager/Business Partner Plant Malošište

Your challenges:

  • Project team member responsible for smooth and sustainable project development and stabilization
  • HR team member reporting functionally and disciplinary to Head of HR Malošište
  • Site management team member
  • Ensures local HR processes and procedures in the project to be in accordance with quality management standards and country HR strategy
  • Provides regular reports based on project status to all relevant stakeholders
  • Leading improvement activities for attendance improvement and fluctuation reduction
  • Constantly optimizes HR processes
  • Ensures HR policies and procedures are communicated and practiced
  • Leads and develops the team members
  • Fully involved in setting, monitoring and managing department KPIs
  • Builds strong relationships with local authorities
  • Implements contionuous improvement projects
  • Present and promote LEONI Values

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in social sciences
  • Experience in the field of Human resources (minimum 3 years)
  • Leadership experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Project management experience (preferable)
  • Strong command of English knowledge
  • Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Solid business awareness
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Analytic and systematic approach
  • Ability to work in dynamical surrounding
