HR Operations Manager

We are building out at speed and are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager who is able to support and nurture the HR Operations team. Responsible for the tactical aspects of HR this individual will own the HR systems, processes, and first response to the employees. It is a business-critical role and will require someone who has managed a fast-growing HR function before. 

Your contribution:

• Own HRIS implementation
• Design and update HR policies
• Create HR documentation and ensure legal compliance throughout the company
• Manage a team of HR Support
• Lead tactical programs and annual cycle for the whole company
• Deliver programmatic support to HR colleagues

You have the following experience:

• Significant experience in leading HR operations and administration
• Qualified to degree level
• Deep knowledge of local laws and legislation
• Strong background in HRIS implementation and management
• The English language required
