HR & Recruitment Associate
You will:
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates with focus on technical positions
- Source and attract candidates through networking, direct approach, advertising/branding, referrals, meetups, etc.
- Prepare job advertisements to target proper candidate pool
- Be involved in organization and monitoring of internship programs
- Take part in planning and organizing of various internal and external events, team buildings, etc.
- Take care of employee satisfaction and interpersonal relations
- Work closely with all departments of the company

You have:
- University degree in psychology, human resources, business/management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience on the same or similar position
- Familiarity with IT market and community
- Experience with difficult-to-fill positions by performing direct search of passive candidates (social media, professional networking, headhunting, etc.)
- Good interviewing skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Proactive mindset
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of English
