MN89INC: Company with experience in transportation on the territory of USA is looking for: HR Specialist to work in Belgrade (working hours 12-20h).

In this newly created role, you will report to the HR Manager and your main responsibilities will include the following:

1. Implement recruiting plan and activities
2. Organize and coordinate selection and assessment processes according to the relevant policies and standards
3. Participate in employer branding activities and HR projects
4. Organize and deliver induction program for new employees
5. Coordinate On-The-Job training
6. Provide logistics support in the training plan implementation
7. Update and maintain a training database
8. Support in conducting employee surveys
9. Support employees in HR relevant topics
10. Suggest improvements in delegated areas of HR business

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Social Science)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection is obligatory (preferable in some trucking companies)
- Insight into the local labor market is preferred
- Proactive, creative, and imaginative
- Strong in communication and presentation skills
- Oriented to details
- Advance in English and MS Office
