HR Specialist

Due to our future ambitious plans we need a proven professional who strives for challenges in a position of a: HR Specialist, based in Smederevo.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Take care of the company's legal documents
• Manage personnel administration
• Populate and maintain employees database
• Ensure the compliance of personnel documentation with applicable legal regulations and company standards
• Align legal requirements in the field of labor relations with company documentation
• Enter and process data on new employees, status changes and termination of employment
• Monitor, analyze and report on key human resource parameters in the company
• Perform all tasks related to employee requests, administrative support and communication with employees
• Development and implementation of procedures related to human resource department
• Conduct the process of employment (applications of employees for compulsory insurance) and termination of employment
• Participate in various HR projects, as needed

Your Profile:

• University degree
• Min 2 years working experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Fluent in English
• Analytical profile, detailed oriented, quality seeker
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office knowledge is a must
