- This role is HRBP (HR Business Partner) to support each department in employee selection, development, engagement and performance management; cultivate and foster the company culture; thus to support the operation and business development of the company.
- To support the operation and development of the organization, be responsible for budget planning, employee enrollment and exit, performance management, training management, time and attendance management, team building and integration, etc.
- With deep understanding and participation in the business and site management of the organization, be responsible for the organization's annual manpower establishment, manpower cost rate, per capital output and other HR indicators support and operational control, etc.
- Under the coordination of the HR Manager, lead or support the overall HR specific work of the company, such as curriculum development, campus recruitment, employer branding, etc.
- Other related jobs.
- College degree or above, at least 3 years experience as HR Generalist in the same industry;
- Good knowledge about HR modules, with experience in company culture cultivation is preferred;
- Excellent English & serbian listening, speaking, reading and writing, can use English as working language;
- Target oriented, good skill in problem solving.
