What will you do?

Working with HRIS SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
Ensuring the efficient upload, recording and secure storage of HR data
Monitor interfaces and data flow from and to related systems
System maintenance and application issues resolution
Preparing regular and custom HR reports
Ensuring data quality and accuracy, documenting processes, identifying and solving HR concerns
Performing application upgrades, providing training and technical support
Developing and implementing new processes and system modules for efficient HR management
Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software and tools, and performing diagnostic tests
Resolving SF related issues via ticketing system
Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS
Closely collaborate with global HR
Participation in various global HR Projects

What experiences you should have?

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or similar
1-3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst/Administrator
Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
Proficiency in MS Excel
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Knowledge of SQL would be considered a plus
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
Advantage is some experience in HRIS softwares, preferably SuccessFactors
Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
