HSE Engineer (Health, Safety and Environment Engineer)

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Implement and participate in risk assessment procedures;
• Participate in the development of employee training programs, employee representative training programs and management training programs for safe and healthy work;
• Control and make recommendations to employers in the planning, selection, use and maintenance of work equipment, chemical substances and personal protective equipment;
• Participate in equipping and arranging workplaces to ensure safe and healthy working conditions;
• Organize preventive and regular inspections of working environment conditions;
• Organize preventive and regular inspections and tests of work equipment and inspections and tests of electrical and lightning protection facilities;
• Propose measures to improve working conditions, especially in workplaces with higher risks;
• Supervise and control the implementation of workplace safety and health measures in accordance with the employer's organization of workplace safety and health;
• Monitor the occurrence of work-related injuries, occupational diseases, participate in determining their causes, and prepare reports and propose solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
