HW Technical Lead - Power Core Design

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad. 

Your tasks:

• Analysis and implementation of requirements
• Technical lead for power core design (assembly of power module, DC-link, cooler and gate control)
• Coordination / alignment with accompanying departments (electromechanical design team, hardware design team, system design team)
• Coordination / alignment with component selection, performance requirements, low inductive design and installation space
• Responsible for the performance of the power core

Your profile:

• Successfully completed university degree in Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the technical management of complex projects and experience of successful series introduction in automotive projects
• Good technical and commercial understanding as well as knowledge of semiconductors, packages, modules, requirements, supplier management
• Independent and pragmatic way of working and advanced communication skills
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
