Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for Head of Legal Department 

Responsibilities:

• Leading the belonging department in all Legal aspects
• Implementing and following up of Legal processes reviewing previous open cases , negotiations, commercial agreements 
• Ensuring that all Legal aspect are reported in a timely manner to the executive team in order to maintain and take actions accordingly
• Reviewing and providing advice to the business upon request on matters concerning applicable contracts required for the business 
• Provide expert opinions and advice the top management regarding the Legal compliance cases

Requirements:

• Law Degree and Bar Exam
• At least 10 years of working experience in a Legal office within a dynamic environment, preferably working as a head of Lawyer
• Experience leading negotiations on complex, high value, contracts, and agreements with track record and proven experience
• Exceptional English and Serbian Language communicational skills
