Head of Facility Management (Prod. Facility Malosiste *(m/f/d)

Your challenges:

Manage and lead:

  • Facility Maintenance (building maintenance, cooling, heating and electricity)
    • Obtain the site operating authorizations;
    • Follow up the contracts for building and management of building layout;
    • Define the building maintenance plan
    • Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducts proactive maintenance
    • Ensure the maintenance of fire equipment
    • Maintain the security camera system
    • Ensure the facilities meet complience standards and government regulations
    • Ensure water and electricity supply on right way
  • Administration
    • Canteen and drinking water Management
    • Company Car, Pool Car & Driver, Shuttle Bus Management
    • Guardhouse Management
    • Grean Areas Management
    • Sanitization Management
    • Dormitory Management
    • Uniform Management
    • Locker Room Management
    • Parking Lot Management

Your qualifications:

  • Engineering University Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management in automotive industry
  • Self- motivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Responsibility, systematic approach and proactivity
  • Ability to develop employees and develop good cross-sectoral cooperation
  • Teamwork capabilities, reliable planning with deadline
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology and continuous improvement tools
  • Ready to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office
  • Key Job skills: problem analysis, production management and job scheduling
