From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK and EU. The furniture in our offer is a part of the tradition of mid-century modern design, sophisticated home décor movement that helped create inspired lifestyles for more than 70,000 of our customers across the UK, EU and the US.

We are seeking an experienced, highly-attentive and organized Head of Marketing reporting into the executive team at an exciting online retailer within home and living. This challenging yet exciting role requires someone who is always two steps ahead, with the ability to proactively manage a small marketing team of 5-8 people and someone with a proven experience within e-commerce marketing.

You will:

• Deploy our growth strategy across Google Ads (PPC, Shopping, Youtube), Facebook, SEO, Emails and Social Media
• Manage and lead a team of up to 5 marketing people plus 3 Brand Managers
• Daily catch up with team members together with business owners
• Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)

Job requirements

• Have at least 3 years marketing experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Emails, Facebooks)
• Previous Experience in managing and lead people
• Solid Experience from a e-commerce business
• Ability to adapt and a strong listener. As head of Marketing you would be expected to execute the strategy firmly based on the guidelines from the management team
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce business / online retailers
• Quick thinker – able to work at high pace in a changing environment
• Highly literate, with excellent communication skills
• Confident managing people and support them on a day to day basic
• Comfortable working in English
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Big Internet savvy
