With the growing number of clients and opportunities in different markets, our goal is to strengthen our team with an experienced Head of Marketing. This role has great importance to the organization and is an active participant in our business growth and development. As Head of Marketing, you will design, deliver and lead all aspects of marketing strategy, so it is preferable that you have experience working in senior marketing roles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to get the word out about the company and its products;
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation to strengthen the position of the company in the market;
• Create and execute plans for internal and external events and exhibitions to build brand awareness and enable business development;
• Support client-focused and data-driven promotions with Account management and sales team that deliver cost benefit to the business;
• Analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing the necessary data analysis, gaining insight, and assess against goals;
• Design and oversee the communication strategy working with external agencies leveraging on social media platforms to increase brand and product awareness;
• Coordination of marketing material development with internal design teams and external agencies;
• Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to better understand products and services and improve marketing activities;
• Maintain strong knowledge of the online gaming market, including products, operator landscape, competitors, promotions, regulations, and any relevant marketing trends.

Your profile:

• You have preferably Master’s Degree, or at least Bachelor’s degree;
• You have a minimum of five years of experience in Marketing, preferably 2 years in senior roles;
• You are fluent in English;
• You are a strategic and critical thinker with high energy and drive to deliver results;
• You are professional, assertive, and accountable with a strong sense of teamwork;
• You are a good networker, with the skills to interact confidently with people across the organization, external partners, and clients;
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills;
• You are detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
