We are currently looking for highly motivated and reliable candidates for a position of:

Help Desk Specialist (In-house position)

Job description:

• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates of Microsoft server, active directory and DNS
• Provide in house support and problem solving related to peripherals, client servers, printers, scanners, network equipment and backups
• Perform migration from existing one to the new platforms and systems
• Ability to support users with general questions and technical support for a variety of problems internet and software related
• Create and update proper procedures, manuals and IT documentation

Basic Qualifications:

• High School or University degree in Computer Science
• At least 3 years working experience in IT sector
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to details
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness and ability to travel when required
• Driving license for B category (active driver)
