Help Desk Team Lead

You will:

• Provide support to all employees regarding IT issues
• Maintain local infrastructure (work stations, printers, conference rooms, computer network)
• Work on local infrastructure and services improvement
• Organize Help Desk team in order to achieve better respond to user requirements, ensure proper follow-up with minimal work downtime
• Be responsible for all IT inventory and procurement of IT consumables

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in same or similar position preferably in larger systems (more than 100 employees)
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and Client Operating Systems (MacOS / Windows 10)
• Basic understanding of networks and common network protocols
• Experience working in Active Directory and Office365 environments
• Some experience with ITL framework would be advantage
• Experience with MDM solutions would be advantage
• Experience in leading the team would be a plus
• Proactive approach and willingness to share and implement innovative practices
• Open and friendly personality
• Ability to coach team members and help them to determine correct workload priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with colleagues
• Very good spoken and written English skills
