Help Desk Technician

AXGroup Solutions Belgrade is currently looking to hire a person for Help Desk Technician to join our multidisciplinary firm, based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fluency in English is a must.
2. Providing First level support to end users (onsite support, remote support)
3. Resolving incident within its authorizations and capabilities.
4. Taking care of user request lifecycle and timely informing of users.
5. Escalation of incident if needed.
6. Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
7. Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
8. Diagnosing system errors and other issues
9. Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
10. In charge of interventions on equipment with the aim to eliminate standstill and maintenance, organizing technical  personnel.
11. Installations of operating systems and software on user computers.
12. Administration tasks for IT services and infrastructure primarily based on Microsoft
