Experience: successfully trading 5* or 4* hotel Operations, the same position (as a sales & marketing Manager), not less than 2 years, firm dealing with MICE market, Fares & Exhibitions and the experience in the chain hotels will be a big plus.
Language: Serbian (as a mother language), fluently speaking English and other languages will be a plus.
IT: Microsoft offices (all applications), Fidelio6, Micros
Must Be: Results Oriented, stress resistant, responsible, well organized, skillful, selective and flexible
Job Length: permanent
Salary and benefits: depends on professional background and skills (1500 – 3000 euro)
Responsibility:
- Selling guest rooms, meeting space and other hotel services to customer groups Managing accounts
- Conducting site inspections
- Soliciting and generating new business
Preparing and presenting
effective proposals:
- Maintaining well organized documentation and reports
- Coordinating customer service requirements
- Leading event meetings, sales and other staff meetings.

2. Request for a Head Chef
The Hotel Monte Casa is currently looking for a Head Chef. The detailed qualification is as following:
Experience: successfully trading 5* Operations, the same position (as a Head Chef), not less than 2 years, the experience in Banqueting and Events organization, and in the chain hotels will be a big plus.
Language: Serbian (as a mother language), fluently speaking English and other languages will be a plus.
IT: Microsoft offices (all), Fidelio
Must be: enthusiastic about good food, motivated, patient, responsible, well organized, skillful, selective, good management skills and flexible.

Responsibility:
- All kitchen hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Staff training and development.
- Ensuring quality and standards of food at all services.
- Developing, costing and changing menus regularly.
- Ability to manage, maintain and control GP, including stock ordering.
- Reporting directly to the GM.
- Producing staff rotes in order to service the business needs whilst managing payroll costs.
3. Request for Executive Housekeeper
The

Executive Housekeeper. The detailed qualification is as following:
Experience: Must have experience in the hotel, the same position (as Executive Housekeeper), not less than 2 years, and the experience in the chain hotels will be a big plus.
Language: Serbian (as a mother language), fluently speaking English and other languages will be a plus.
Must Be: Motivated, patient, responsible, well organized, skillful and flexible
Job Length: permanent
Salary and benefits: depends on professional background and skills (1200 – 2200 euro)
Responsibility:

Manager
The Hotel MonteCasa is currently looking for a Food and Beverage Manager. The detailed qualification is as following:
Experience: Must have experience in the hotel, the same position (as F&B Manager), not less than 2 years, and the experience in the chain hotels will be a big plus.
Language: Serbian (as a mother language), fluently speaking English and other languages will be a plus.
IT: Micro System
Must Be: Motivated, patient, outgoing, well organized, Leaderships skills, dedicated to tourism industry and flexible
Job Length: permanent
Salary and benefits: depends on professional background and skills (1500 – 3000 euro)
Responsibility:
- Controls and supervises the personnel with regards to manpower planning, teamwork, discipline, training and development.
- Monitors and supervises the standards of service towards guests.
- To develop and plan marketing ideas for attracting and retaining customers.
- Prepare the monthly report and any other report as required.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategy and P & L for the restaurant.
5. Request for Front Office Manager
The Hotel MonteCasa is currently looking for a Front Office Manager. The detailed qualification is as following:

Responsibility:
- Supervises reservations and the allocation of bedrooms with the Executive Housekeeper
- Monitors the customer accounts and till accounts
- Applies and ensures the application of the sales strategy to maximize occupancy and average room price
- Co-ordinates the reception team, organizing its work and schedules
- To monitor the quality of welcome extended to guests
- To recruit, train and motivate the members of the his or her team
- To ensure that all hotel standards and procedures are applied
- To manage daily billing and payments
6. Request for Human
Resources Manager
The Hotel MonteCasa is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager. The detailed qualification is as following:
Experience: Must have experience in the hotel, the same position (as HR Manager), not less than 2 years, and the experience in the chain hotels will be a big plus.
Language: Serbian (as a mother language), fluently speaking English and other languages will be a plus.

Salary and benefits: depends on professional background and skills (1500 – 2500 euro)
Responsibility:
- Sets all recruiting and employment activities for both management and hourly positions on a timely basis.
- Coordinates or provides organized orientation or on-boarding for all new staff at the earliest opportunity and preferably before any guest contact.
- Administers the salary policies and programs.
- Oversees all associate insurance programs and annually recommends new programs and related costs.
- Directs and coordinates performance evaluations for hourly and non-exempt associates.
- Provides counsel and assistance to all management personnel in regards to associate problems dealing with supervision and administration.
- Acts as the primary communication center of any changes or new requirements in hotel or company policy and procedures as appropriate.
- Directs and administers associates’ reward and recognition program.
- Prepares annual budget forecasts for the Human Resource department.
- Oversees the safety program and Workers' Compensation Benefits.
- Coordinates management development and associate training.
