Major objective:

Responsible for organization, monitoring and executing of HR activities on the local market and ensuring regulatory compliance with the labour law.

Job description:

• Participating actively in recruitment process
• Organizes and monitors new hire orientation programs.
• Maintains employee file records and e-records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner.
• Assessment of training needs and actively participate and organize training sessions
• Provides assistant in monitoring employee performance appraisal process.
• General administrative support – preparing forms and reports, arranging meetings, regular correspondence and translations, processing confidential reports and documents
• Takes care about the administration regarding all payroll related matters and process them to HR headquarter abroad
• Reporting to site manager regarding HR issues, facts, status of on-going projects

Candidate profile:

• University degree – preferably in economy, law, psychology, Sociology or organizational science
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR department on similar positions
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good knowledge of English language
• Organized, communicative, teamplayer, analytical, good judgement of people and situation
• Open minded, pragmatic and hands on approach, flexible, adaptable to changes
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Mobile regarding occassional traveling abroad
