Human Resources Manager

Marketing Digital Business Solution d.o.o. (Global DMB) is a multinational company looking to expand it's offices in Belgrade, Serbia. Since we are looking for future managers and team leaders, we are looking for hard working, high quality employees with ambition to quickly climb up the ranks. 

Requirements:

Amazing communication skills and a refined eye for details, as well as a friendly and positive attitude. Excellent knowledge of English as well as diligence, energy and dedication to work. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus, as is previous work experience in human resources. Knowledge of the finance and technology sectors is also an advantage.

Working conditions:

Work is done from Monday to Friday in the period from 11 am to 8 pm in the center of Belgrade. The working hours include a one-hour lunch break, as well as two cigar breaks. Weekends are non-working. The work is done in a dynamic environment in a team of young people who have the ambition to progress quickly. The company offers the possibility of promotion after only 3 months. Every Friday the company organizes a happy Friday when food and drinks are provided for all employees. The company regularly works on improving the skills of its employees through various workshops and platforms so that each employee can give his maximum.

Duties:

Understand the needs of the comapny and find potential future employees that are going to fit the poisitons required. Proactively look for new high-quality individuals through personal connections, as wells as social networks and various hiring programs. Perform daily tasks required by the office and general needs of the company.
