• At least one year of experience in IT system management or network management.
• Familiar with the configuration and management of common computer operating systems and network devices (such as routers, switches, etc.).
• Good communication skills and team spirit, capable of effective communication and cooperation with various departments.
• Problem-solving skills, able to quickly locate and solve IT system and network faults.
• Experience working in Chinese enterprises or those who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
• Good English proficiency, able to read and understand technical documents in English, and use English as the working language.
• Good international cooperation consciousness and team spirit, able to integrate into a multinational team.

Job Descriptions:

• Design, deploy, maintain, and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, printers, etc.
• Responsible for solving internal system and network failures and issues, ensuring the high availability and stability of the system.
• Responsible for the regular maintenance and management of office systems and software, and solve daily office computer and printer malfunctions.
• Assist the development team in designing and implementing new IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage the company's data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data security and integrity.
• IT security management, implement and execute security measures, including access control, data backup, and antivirus software to protect system and data security.
• Provide technical support and training, helping staff to resolve issues with using IT systems.
• IT information product management, including the selection, procurement, and inventory management of information products.
