What we're looking for on your CV:

• Strong understanding of information technology, including networking and computer systems
• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise software, networks, servers, laptops, and peripherals
• Experience with macOS
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members

Nice to have:

• Relevant Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology
• Fluency in python, bash, and PowerShell
• Familiarity with SQL and database operations

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate our existing computer and network setup
• Audit all exiting software vendors and establish formal evaluation for new products
• Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise
• Procure computer-related equipment and software.
• Establish standard laptop and mobile device configurations
• Maintain network security and perform security audits
• Document and processes that users or administrators need to follow to successfully work within our systems
• Keep up-to-date on new technologies and security risks. Implement system and process improvements
• Google Workspace administration
