IT Architecture Developer

Your responsibilities:

• Architecture of the DWH, architecture of ETLs for adjoining Data Marts, reporting servers (Tableau), jobs on DWH; Architecture supervision of core systems regarding ETL and data preparation for DWH; Review of architecture of connected IT systems
• Design and development of:
  • Data marts (risk datamart, etc.)
  • ETLs from core to DWH and to Data marts
  • APIs for external datasources and integration to the DWH
  • Data sets for internal systems – CIF, ThinkIT and external (collection agencies)

• Support and consultation regarding report preparation to BI Finance, CRM team, Risk, and Finance teams
• Regulatory reporting update (internally or by vendors) including impairments, IFRS and Basel
• Level2 and Level 3 supports of above-mentioned solutions in the team responsibility
• Performing logical and physical data modelling in line with architecture guidelines
• Design and Development of ETL processes; Managing new ETL development through communication with source system responsible and business analyst; Develop source to target mappings
• Determines and implements the best technique for extracting data from a particular source system and moving it to the DWH
• Having active role in detail business analysis and participate in BRD creation in accordance with business request
• Support in preparing development specifications for external vendors and outsourcing companies
• Identify and perform performance tuning opportunities
• Analyze Data Quality issues and participate in resolving
• Performs other tasks at the request of the direct superior

For the good start, you will need:

• University degree in electrical engineering or computer science
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT u banking and/or telecommunications 
• Knowledge of the ETL technology in use
• Knowledge of the OLAP technology in use
• Experience and understanding of main data sources
• Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional data design and development techniques
• Proven experience in: analyzing, designing, automating and optimizing ETL and BI reporting processes 
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, T-SQL or PL/SQL
• Knowledge of analytical functions 
• Proven experience with large BI systems technology, configurations, planning capacities and performance
• Fluent English
