IT Business Relations Manager

Your Tasks as IT Business Relations Manager:
- Key Account Management as interface between IT and Business for all locations of the EA/EE/EI product lines of the ZF Group E Division at the Pančevo location
- Support in standardization/automation/digitalization with corresponding IT solutions
- Support within the context of business planning for all IT services (planning & reporting)
- Development/optimization of business processes in cooperation with ZF Group E Division Process Management taking into account the respective strategies of Business and IT
- Coordinate the proper provision of all IT services (projects/small orders/IT business services) for the customers according to the defined SLAs (BUILD & RUN)
Your Profile as IT Business Relations Manager:
- University degree in the field of information technology/business information technology/electrical engineering
- Long-standing professional experience in the field of IT technology and IT demand management desirable
- Good information technology and business administration know-how is required
- Independent working methods, service orientation, ability to work in a team, as well as strong communication skills are expected
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (additional knowledge of German is an advantage) as well as willingness to travel on business are required
