This is an external staff job position. You will have a temporary employment contract with E- Search company, in service of Microsoft.

E- Search helps Microsoft get the best externally employed candidates (Serbian citizens).

We are looking for a skilled IT OPS Associate to join Microsoft team. Do you see yourself in such a role? MDCS would like to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement
    • Taking care of IT hardware orders inventory.
    • Cooperation with IT Service Operations to plan and prioritize hardware purchases.
    • Hardware delivery acceptance.
    • Other procurement activities.
  • Asset Management
    • Taking care of IT Hardware inventory.
    • Performing IT Assets inventory checks.
    • IT equipment damages tracking.
    • CELA litigation hold cooperation.
    • Taking care of hardware spare stock.
    • SAW machines asset management and distribution.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding support
    • Responsible for employee device installation and initialization.
    • Responsible for employee devices distribution.

Qualification:

  • Education in IT, willingness for professional self-development.
  • At least 2 years of successful previous work experience in role of IT Ops or similar; preferably in multinational environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Fluent in English.
