IT Support Assistant (Temporary)

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of IT Support Assistant (Temporary) in our IT department:

Your key responsibilities will be

• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates, replace parts as required
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues
• Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc)
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

To qualify for the role you must have

• Previous working experience in IT support roles will be considered as advantage
• General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
• Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• College or University degree in Computer Science
• In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Very good knowledge and experience with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Good organization and presentation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
