IT Support Specialist
We are one of the top outsourcing companies in Serbia, and due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for a new colleague. We have over 120 employees at five locations, with the following departments: Call Center, Back Office, Controlling, and IT.
To expand our IT team, we are looking for:
IT Support Specialist
Your profile:
o High school diploma is a minimum
o Completed IT training (FON, IT Academy, etc.) will be considered as an advantage
o Good knowledge of Windows Systems
o Good knowledge of computer hardware
o Experience with network technology is an advantage
o High flexibility (e.g., emergency service)
o Committed Team player with a problem-solving attitude
o Willingness to travel between our locations
o Readiness for getting new knowledge and experience
o Good English knowledge, German is an advantage
Your area of responsibility:
o Helpdesk support (Troubleshooting, User-Management, VPN settings, Server, etc.)
o CRM system support
o Coordination with external IT support companies and IT Service providers (Provider, CLC software provider, CRM Systems, SQL, etc.)
o Further development and optimization of system-relevant processes
