IT Technical Support

GrECo Shared Services Center d.o.o. from Belgrade is a business entity operating within GrECo International Holding AG from Austria. Due to expansion we are looking for candidates for position of: IT Technical Support

Key responsibilities

·      Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

·      Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

·      Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

·      Providing technical support across the company (on the spot or over the phone)

·      Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary 

·      Testing new solutions

Skills and experience required

·      Excellent knowledge of German language (written and spoken)

·      Very good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)

·      Advanced MS Windows knowledge

·      Experience in Active Directory

·      Experience in Networking and Troubleshooting

·      Strong problem solving skills

·      An ability to stick to the strict deadlines

·      An ability to prioritize and delegate
