Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

The Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) is structured into 3 teams, counting 26 people. We are providing services for the majority of the TX Group companies. From Network connectivity, through users' identities and access management over hybrid-cloud solutions and platforms, we offer flexible, secure, and highly available solutions to users, application managers, and developers. Our team members are spread from Lausanne, Bern, Zürich, and Belgrade, with international backgrounds but we make sure to create frequent travel opportunities for face-to-face meetings and team events. We have an agile way of working and embrace DevOps principles.

As we keep on expanding, we are currently looking for a new IAM team member and would like to welcome you on board with us very soon.

What you'll do:

• Actively working on our IAM platforms (OKTA, AD, Adaxes)
• Implementing security rules, such as multi-factor authentication, role-based access control
• Managing the automation workflows of user roles and associated permissions
• Automate the user lifecycle (provisioning. de-provisioning)
• Automate the creation and management of user profiles
• Allowing delegation of identity management tasks, such as profile creation
• Facilitating user self-service options
• Facilitate the application connections for a smooth SSO user’s experience
• Bridge the gap between applications with different authentication protocols or security standards
• Actively participating/assisting the security office in identifying risks and mitigating threats
• Collaborate with other teams to solve incidents/problems

We are looking for:

• Team player who loves technology, having fun, and good food
• Interest and experience in Identity & Access Management solutions, agility, security, APIs, and automation
• Interest in Public-Cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Proactive, autonomous, structured, and flexible person
• Fluent in English, German/French is a plus
• Knowledge in collaboration tools management (Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365) is a plus
• Any experience in Cloud Identity provider is welcome
