Import/export and Customs Specialist

We are hiring:

Import/Export and Customs assistant

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To perform the administration of the import/export duties;
• To prepare all needed documents – invoices and customs related papers;
• To plan, order and track the export/import shipments;
• To ensure just in time deliveries of the materials in warehouse;
• To optimize materials import  and finished goods export and suggest alternative solutions for delivery;
• To optimize the export/import related costs;
• To maintain and update the import/export data base;
• To calculate, when asked, transport cost for potential or actual deliveries;
• To organize and follow temporary export/import of material and tools;
• Directly in contact with customs and forwarders on daily basis
• To contact with suppliers regarding missing material; 
• To prepare daily reports for not delivered and not confirmed material;
• To update daily confirmations from suppliers
• To create purchase orders according to material requirement;
• To communicate with other company departments;

Requirements:

• University degree in economics/logistics and international  trade;
• Knowledge about Serbian and international customs and tax legislation;
• Good level of English – written and spoken;
• Computer literacy – MS Office;
• License for Customs representative will be considered as plus.
