We are looking for a colleague in the position:

Indirect Procurement Buyer

Belgrade

Key Responsibilities includes:

• Setting/achieving cost reduction targets for all markets in Adriatics region;
• Ensuring balance between service level and cash in line with business yearly targets;
• Execute the sourcing and selection strategy for indirects categories;
• Commit to purchasing contracts as part of NF’s SOX-compliant Approval Flow;
• Act as an interface between suppliers and relevant departments;
• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships;
• Work with Senior Buyer to main accountability and responsibility of spend;
• Support Senior Buyer in creating strategy to provide additional value beyond strategic sourcing and build bottom up procurement synergy plan glide path;
• Engage with key business partners to leverage Adriatic´s Inventory position and improve Payment Term level.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a procurement function;
• University Degree;
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint;
• Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills;
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising taskings and working closely to set deadlines;
• Ability to build relationships across multiple user sites.
