Indirect Purchasing

We have partnered with Fischer automotive systems to support their growth in Jagodina. We are looking for motivated candidates for the position: Indirect Purchasing

Job description: 

• Supports the purchasing department at the head office in the search for suppliers in the Balkan region
• Participation in trade fairs, forums or online information events to find suppliers
• Responsible for the procurement of indirect materials, i.e., factory and office equipment, machinery, tools, packaging, etc.
• Makes enquiries with suppliers, obtain quotations from suppliers and compare them with each other
• Conducts negotiations to secure the best prices for Fischer Automotive
• Familiar with the typical procurement standards e.g., delivery, payment
• Carry out ordering processes in the SAP system

Candidate’s profile:

• Technician training or a completed commercial vocational training
• Organizational talent that always keeps an overview and structured way of working
• High degree of independence and commitment
• Self-confident appearance and good negotiating skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally with SAP
• Knowledge of the English language
• Preferable knowledge of the German language
