Industrial Engineer (Prod. Facility Malosiste) *(m/f/d)

Your challenges:

• Conducting production process time studies
• Management of resources in production lines based on time studies performed
• Evaluate time studies to eliminate bottlenecks, losses and propose corrective measures
• Analysis of the production system in order to rationalize
• Organization and optimization of jobs and work processes
• Production defects prevention
• Participation and support in the customer complaint analyses
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing concept and work with LEAN tools
• Cooperation on projects and with other departments

Your qualifications:

• Engineering University Degree
• Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
• Responsibility, systematic approach and proactivity
• Ability to develop good cross-sectoral cooperation
• Teamwork capabilities, reliable planning with deadline
• Knowledge of Lean methodology and continuous improvement tools
• Ready to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Excellent in the use of MS Office
