Development and evaluation of new cross-product area winding and assembly concepts, taking simultaneous engineering principles into account
Development of decision bases for the selection of manufacturing locations as well as for customer offers (e.g. development of PP key figures (Te, Tm, investments and areas)
Monitoring and ensuring the technical and on-time procurement of winding equipment from the supplier while adhering to the specified budget after concept release
Preparation of all necessary documents (e.g. specifications, FMEA, detailed schedule) for the procurement of complex manufacturing and assembly equipment
Responsible for on-time commissioning at the site and handover to the plant in compliance with the specified and determined planned values
Evaluation and implementation of technical changes in customer projects with new technological requirements
Further development of existing processes and technologies in the winding area from an economic point of view
