TnCO is a Technology Service Provider delivering Network and IT services to Telenor Business units in CEE and beyond. Established on the 1st October 2013, the company has 600+ employees in four countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia. As of August 2018, TnCO is part of PPF Group.

We are looking for new members to join Telenor Common Operation Serbia (TnCO) ! Responsible of transport and access network elements implementation and field maintenance, while actively supporting rollout.

 Some of the tasks you would be focusing on are:

• Reporting to Unit Manager about all jobs, activities, operational problems and concerns related to work
• Administration of operating systems and related software
• Introduction, implementation, production maintaining, capacity management and performance control of production servers, security and access control to all servers and data integrity on servers in the domain of responsibility
• Design, Plan, installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure services, virtual and cloud infrastructure and  device management infrastructure for IT
• Collaborate in backup and testing recovery for production severs and applications
• Collaborate with application developers, database administrators, service providers and data center operations staff to address application issues and problems
• Providing elevated production problem diagnosis and resolution
• Maintain and create operational documentation
• Lead IT initiatives and provide technical evaluations in the scope of work
• Requires some off-shift and weekend work with rotating on call coverage

An ideal candidate would have:

• University degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering or related area, or equivalent working experience
• Typical 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of operating systems and system software
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies. Knowledge of Citrix systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of IT workplace related application servers
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in an international team
• Ability to initiate and drive improvement and change
