INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION COORDINATOR

(in Serbian - Hungarian)

What will be your responsibilities: 

• Perform all administrative tasks related to the entry of new foreign workers, including administrative tasks related to visa applications and work permits for foreign workers.
• Interpreting and translating in Serbian- Hungarian
• Customer service, customer reception in the office and outside
• Accurate handling of employees' personnel materials (e.g., medical fitness, entry and exit documents, identity documents, etc.)
• Ongoing contact with internal staff, customers, and employees
• Ensuring full communication with candidates, contracting authorities and public institutions involved in the employment process (Labor Center, NAV, OEP, etc. ...)

• You have experience in obtaining work permits
• Fluent in Serbian and do not have any problems using it in everyday life
