Internship in Integrity Department
We seek a motivated colleague to help NORMA Group promote integrity across all divisions and create "safe connections".Responsibilities:
- Support in the creation and roll-out of guidelines and work instructions in the areas of Information Security, Data Protection and Compliance
- Helping in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Coordination with the globally deployed compliance, data protection and information security delegates
- Maintenance and further development of the Integrity Internet/Intranet Pages
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of risk assessment and preparation and performance of internal reviews/audits
- Assisting in the preparation of certification of the information security management system and support of respective project management
Your Profile:
- Ongoing or finished Bachelor's or Master's studies in the field of Economics, IT/Information Security, Law, or similar
- Strong communication (speaking and writing) skills in English
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint Excel, Word)
- Enthusiasm to contribute to a young and dynamic, international team
- Responsible, solution-oriented, well structured and analytical person
- Commitment for diligent working
