approval team members overtake the most important role in invoicing process, controlling are provided documents original, unique, and truthful
communication with clients/debtors via phone when necessary
writing and answering an email to clients and debtors
supporting other accounting teams when necessary

Qualification

English language is must (B2 leaver or higher),
Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Romanian, Hungarian, Czechish) are huge advantage
Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing or accounting jobs are advantage
Education in relevant field (Economics, Organization Sciences)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word..)
Positive and team working person
