Java Backend Developer

You will:

• Be implementing high performance and resilience batch file and message processing systems in the backend module of the digital banking solution using SpringBatch, SpringIntegration, RabbitMQ…
• Be involved in technical analysis of the interaction with other modules of the digital banking product and its implementation
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation of banking software solutions
• Work closely with the team members located in Zurich and Belgrade

You have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Java development (experience with Spring, SpringBatch, SpringIntegaration…)
• Solid experience in backend development of Java applications (messaging, queues, batch processing, …), ideally in a banking environment
• Experience with PL/SQL code and procedures
• Familiarity with modern deployment practices like using Docker, Kubernetes…
• Experience with Avaloq or other core banking systems as a developer or as a user will be considered as a plus
• Passion to deliver high quality code
• Customer- and results-oriented personality
• Willingness to work well within teams
• University degree in computer sciences (or equivalent)
• Excellent English skills, German or French is an advantage
