Java Tech Lead
You will:
- Develop innovative software solutions for a prominent Swiss bank
- Work on the investment banking backend platform from the scratch
- Be involved in choosing the most suitable technology stack for the project
- Closely collaborate with Software Architect in order to create a common technical vision
- Act as a technical and business subject matter expert for the developers and project stakeholders
- Build reusable code for future use
- Conduct code reviews and deliver constructive feedback for clean coding standards

You have:
- 5 years of experience in web application development
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and core Java programming language
- Experience in leading the technical direction of a team and project
- High quality awareness and broad technical know how
- Fully assimilated agile framework
- Design pattern knowledge
- Passion to deliver high quality code
- Demonstrated interest in finance and business
- Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor/educate other team members
- Ability to set realistic schedules and manage on-time completion of tasks
- University degree in computer sciences (or equivalent)
- Good spoken and written English skills
