Java Technical Lead
You will:
- Work on technical design and hands-on development of customer facing applications based on Adobe AEM v6.x
- Develop a global pool of reusable white label AEM components to be used by site developers. Enhance existing components
- Develop web services to integrate AEM components with other enterprise platforms (CRM, eCommerce, IAM, PIM, etc.)
- Support migrations to latest AEM versions
- Perform code reviews and management of the complex code base branches of the global platform for AEM
- Engage and closely cooperate with other Technical Leads, Solution Architects, stakeholders and other related teams, like DevOps, QA, etc.
- Identify new technologies that improve product development and end user experience
- Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies

You have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and at least 3+ years of web application development
- Working experience in designing scalable solutions, writing efficient code, optimizing performance and debugging issues
- Apache Sling, Java Content Repository, OSGi, Maven working experience
- Proficiency in developing web applications based on Java 8, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and exposure to front-end technologies such as Sightly, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3
- Strong motivation to learn and perform working on Adobe Experience Manager, Jenkins, Apache configuration, AWS
- Very good web services understanding
- Ability to interpret and communicate information to the client
- Familiar with agile methodologies and working in distributed teams
- Open and friendly personality, as well as drive, initiative, problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
- Experience in team leadership would be considered a plus
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer science (or equivalent)
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
