Junior Accountant-Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day support to the Senior Accountant 
• Review and entry of financial documentation such as invoices, bills, receipts
• Salary calculation in BizniSoft
• Managing day-to-day transactions  
• Input accounting data into the accounting system 
• Participation in VAT reporting 
• Providing banks with requested documentation 
• Maintaining corporate documents up to date 
• Assisting with periodic forecasting and other accounting projects 
• Standard office management and administrative support for the team
• Perform additional job-related and office related tasks assigned by the employer

Required work experience:

• Proven experience as a junior accountant or similar position in international company
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP computer software is advantage
• Advanced level of English (knowledge of Czech/Slovak is an advantage)
• Drive license will be considered as advantage 
• Experience in software NAVISION will be considered as advantage
