Junior Brand Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Participation in brand strategy development and execution, implementation of BTL & ATL marketing activities in the local & export markets in coordination with the Brand Manager.
• Market analysis and competition monitoring, tracking market trends, and conducting brand and market research with the local team. Assistance in projects to all marketing stakeholders.
• Development & implementation of new regional marketing projects with the local team & participation in the new launches in coordination with the Brand Manager.
• Event organization and collaboration with fairs and converences.
• Creation of ideas for promo materials intended for Point of Sales locations.
• Working on the preparation for Digital advertising across all Digital communication channels. Monitoring of ATL campaigns in coordination with the Brand Manager.

Your competencies:

• Bachelor´s degree – preferable in Management, Economy, Organizational Sciences
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates creative, innovative strategies, employing a blend of digital and traditional marketing techniques.
• Capable of autonomous work while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Proactive and positive „can do“ attitude
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Three years of experience in similar or identical positions
