Junior DTP/E-learning Specialist

Position responsibilities:

• Implementation of localized content into original e-learning courses (importing translations, adjusting layout, synchronizing audio and animations, QA)
• Addressing issues reported during the Linguistic and Functional QA cycles
• Preparing and editing of graphics and charts using DTP tools like Photoshop
• Formatting in PDF, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Troubleshooting technical issues in builds
• Liaise with Project Managers to clarify scope and technical questions related to projects

Essential skills and experience required:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Basic Knowledge of main formatting applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop…)
• Any knowledge of e-learning tools (Articulate Studio, Storyline, Rise…) is a plus
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Good written and spoken communication skills (English)
• Efficient, detail-oriented, and organized person, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing deadlines
• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate project deadlines
